Hybrid HR Operations Officer (6-Month Contract)

Job Description

Search Consultancy is seeking a People Operations Officer in Glasgow for an initial 6-month contract. The role involves HR administration across onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records, with data accuracy and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, support learning & development, and help drive process improvements. Work hybrid: 1 day in the office, 4 days from home, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
