Salmon Hatchery Operator – Freshwater & Smolt Production

Job Description

Bakkafrost Scotland is seeking a Freshwater Operative for a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation at the Couldoran, Strathcarron site. You will work under the Freshwater Site Manager across equipment, hatchery and smolt production activities as required, contributing to daily freshwater site operations.

The role offers a competitive salary package up to £32,469.30 per year, plus on-call premiums and overtime paid at enhanced rates, with extensive benefits and relocation support where applicable.
