Impactful Leader: Registered Service Manager, Supported Living

Job Description

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Supported Living services in Scotland. You will drive a person-centred culture, ensure safe and effective care, and maintain regulatory registration.

The role requires deputy-level or higher experience in health and social care and a strong commitment to quality and inclusion. You will be based in Doune with travel to other services as required, working 40 hours per week with flexibility.
