Unit Nurse Manager (General) – Lead Resident Care

Job Description

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (General) to oversee nursing delivery in a care home, planning rotas, recruiting and mentoring staff, and maintaining person-centred care for residents. You will work with regulators and social services to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an RGN with active NMC registration, and a track record of leading teams, developing care plans and implementing best practices in clinical care.
