Job Description

Samphill Schools is seeking an Assistant House Co-ordinator to support daily life in a residential house for children and young adults with additional support needs.

You will collaborate with the House Co-ordinator and care team to supervise staff, plan rotas, uphold care standards, deliver training, and promote the wellbeing and development of residents in a values-led, supportive environment.
