NHS National Services Scotland, within NHS Fife, is seeking a Band 6 Charge Nurse to provide direction and leadership in the Supported Discharge Unit. The role focuses on delivering patient-centred care and leading changes within the team.

The post requires post-registration nursing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and PVG clearance, with involvement in MDT meetings to sustain site capacity and patient flow. Flexible working is supported.
