TSB Branch Banking is seeking a Money Confidence Expert (Digital) based in our Cumbernauld branch. You’ll help customers feel confident, capable and in control of their finances, delivering a personalised, human service across face-to-face, phone and video channels.

You’ll support digital banking adoption, show customers how to use mobile and online services, and build lasting relationships through proactive engagement.
