Key Responsibilities

• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• CVRs and commercial reporting.
• Valuations and change management.
• Subcontract procurement and administration.
• Payment applications and subcontract accounts.
• Monitoring project costs, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience within a commercial role on construction, industrial or civil engineering projects.

• A Quantity Surveying degree or be working towards one.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
