Trauma-Informed Family Support Worker (Part-Time, 21 hrs)

Job Description

Victim Support Scotland is hiring a Whole Family Support Worker to lead a trauma-informed family support service across North Lanarkshire, with a primary location in Motherwell. The 21-hour-per-week, fixed-term role lasts 12 months and involves early intervention and tailored support to families affected by crime.

You will assess needs, develop support plans, and collaborate with partners, reporting to the Locality Manager.
