KPI Recruiting are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a busy Italian restaurant in Glasgow. This full-time role offers a salary of £37,000 per year plus paid overtime and the opportunity to support the Head Chef in running a smooth kitchen.

You will prepare and present high-quality Italian dishes, lead and develop the kitchen team, and ensure exceptional hygiene and safety standards during service.
