Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort in West Kilbride (RAD Hotel Group) is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section in Tides Restaurant, delivering quality dishes for the restaurant, weddings, and events.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain high standards, mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu development while upholding food safety and presentation excellence.
