Deputy Care Home Manager – Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Job Description

Priority Care Group, part of Keane Premier Group, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to support leadership at one of its care homes in the UK. This role is 37.5 hours per week, paid at £23.45 per hour, with two days on the floor and two days supernumerary.

You will assist the Care Home Manager with day-to-day operations, lead the care team, develop care plans, ensure high resident care standards, and maintain records, compliance, and staffing.
