Job Description

RTX is seeking a Principal Hardware Engineer (Power Electronics) in the UK to lead complex electronic systems across concept, design, verification and production integration. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and ensure projects meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires deep power electronics expertise, prototype-to-production experience, and the ability to mentor others in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Hybrid/onsite options may apply.
