Job Description

M&GPrudential, Stirling, Scotland, seeks a Senior Resource Planning Manager to lead enterprise-wide resource planning across its Life and Asset Management services. You will shape long-range capacity, model demand, and partner with senior leaders to align plans with business goals and customer outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end planning, oversee third-party planning, and enable efficient, resilient delivery across channels, with a strong focus on performance KPIs and continuous improvement.
