Entain’s Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops are seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service and drive standards daily. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, who will serve customers and build relationships to encourage repeat custom. Salary is £13.00 per hour.

Our shops open 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday depending on location. Your typical weekly rota will be 10 hours, with a blend of long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts,
