Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of the MEP works package for the St Andrews New College project in Scotland. The role covers mechanical, electrical and public health services across heritage refurbishment and new facilities.

Based in Central Belt, you will lead cost reporting, procurement, variations and final accounts, working with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure programme certainty and value delivery.
