Bakery Maintenance Engineer – Proactive Reliability

Job Description

Baynes the Family Bakers in Lochore is hiring a Bakery Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical bias. You will join a growing engineering team, performing planned maintenance and supporting continuous improvement to boost reliability and output.

The role requires time-served mechanical expertise, experience in food manufacturing is preferred, with multi skilled collaboration and CMMS record-keeping. Full-time, permanent, 4 on 4 off shifts 6am-6pm, on-call one in four weeks.
