Substation Site Supervisor – Lead Safe, Efficient Delivery

Job Description

Balfour Beatty plc in Lochgilphead is seeking a Site Supervisor (Substations) to lead on-site safety, training and delivery of power T&D works at the Lochgilphead substation site. You will work closely with Site Engineers to maintain programme progress and ensure high quality, safe execution.

The role requires strong leadership, inductions, PPE compliance and coordination of plant and crews, with a focus on safe methods, reporting and continuous improvement across the project.
