Signature Pub Group Ltd. presents Understory, Edinburgh’s new cocktail bar built after a major relaunch.

As Bar Manager/General Manager you will lead day-to-day operations, shape service standards, drive drinks development and ensure strong commercial performance. You will work with our senior leadership to launch and relaunch with momentum, recruit and develop a talented team, manage stock and GP, and foster hospitality and creativity.
