British Red Cross in Lochgilphead is looking for a Shop Manager to lead a small team, grow sales and raise vital funds to help people when they need it most. You’ll manage volunteers, deliver great customer service and ensure strong shop performance.

In this permanent role, you’ll drive the store’s layout, targets and community presence while balancing people development with day-to-day operations. The salary is £24,969 per annum pro rata for 21 hours a week, with flexible working options
