Customer Team Member
Location: 84 Main Street, Tillicoultry, FK13 6AB
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid afternoon through to late evening and close, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift (either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Full, paid training provided.

You’ll help keep our shelves stocked and support sales, ensuring customers find what they need. You’ll be a familiar face in the community, supporting local and national charities, and promoting Co op membership so more customers can enjoy our unique business.
What you’ll do
- Support the day to day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service.
- Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
- Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
- Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked, prices correct, dates valid, and temperatures appropriate.
- Promote Co op Membership and support your local community.
