Job Description

Dexcom is seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support Specialist to maintain and improve our Edinburgh workplace technology. You will deliver hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and room systems, ensuring quick resolution within SLAs.

You will use ServiceNow for incidents and requests, partner with regional IT teams, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Onsite attendance is required five days a week at the Edinburgh office.
