Spark of Genius in Balfron is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to support young people with daily routines and activities. A full UK driving licence is required and sponsorship is not offered for this role.

You will document care plans, assist with light housekeeping, and help create a warm, home-like environment while building trust and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
