Routes To Work in South Lanarkshire is recruiting an experienced Welder for a full-time, permanent role in our busy workshop. You will be responsible for producing high-quality welded fabrications while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, in Blantyre. The ideal candidate will have MIG welding experience, be able to read engineering drawings, and work well both independently and as part of a team within a fabrication/manufacturing
