Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated exercise professional to contribute to the delivery of our Active Lifestyles programme. The post holder will work with our Healthy Communities Team, providing physical activity opportunities for adults and older adults. The role will include delivering specialist programmes to support and enable people living with a range of long term health conditions to exercise safely to help them manage the impact of their health condition in a fun and motivating way.

We would welcome applications from people who have experience delivering one-to-one and group physical activity programmes, and who have good organisation and communication skills. An understanding of behaviour change, along with a Level 3 GP Referral qualification and experience delivering programmes to specialist populations are desirable.
