Job Description

Odevo UK is seeking a Commercial Director to lead its growing Property Services division, spanning surveying, fire safety and multi-service offerings. You will architect the commercial engine, shape bid strategy, pricing and governance, and partner with technical leaders to win complex engagements across local authorities and developers.

Based in Scotland with hybrid working, you will implement CRM standards, dashboards and KPI reporting, build a scalable commercial function, and report to the
