Job Description

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd, based in Lanark, Scotland, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and implement improvement initiatives across the fabrication facility, design teams and construction sites. The role champions lean thinking and operational excellence while empowering teams and driving cultural change.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will spend considerable time on the workshop floor, on-site and with project teams to embed sustainable improvements and
