Substantive

Full Time – 36 hours per week

Remuneration

• Band 7 – Salary Range £52,845 – £61,466 per annum
• Distant Island Allowance £2,578 per annum
• Relocation Assistance up to £8,000 available

As a Band 7 District Nurse Specialist Practitioner, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in patients’ homes and community settings. Working autonomously and alongside multidisciplinary colleagues, you will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate complex care, helping people remain independent and in their own homes wherever possible. You will provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team of nurses, manage a varied caseload, support staff development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of community services.

Qualifications

• District Nursing qualification
• V300 prescribing qualification
• NMC registration
• Full driving licence
