Senior Mechanical Estimator – Hybrid Tenders

Job Description

Livingston Building Services is seeking an Experienced Mechanical Estimator to join the Estimating team, supporting the Estimating Manager. You will analyse tenders, breakout subcontractor and supplier enquiries, and prepare pricing documents in standard layouts, playing a key role in submitting competitive tenders.

The role involves liaising with operations, surveyors, design teams and clients, developing relationships, and presenting value-engineered options.
