Duty Manager – Lead Hotel Operations (Weekly Pay)

Job Description

Seamill Hydro Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to support the day to day operation of the hotel and uphold the highest standards of service for guests and colleagues. You will lead across departments, provide leadership on shifts, and report directly to the Operations Manager.

This role focuses on guest care, team motivation, and hands on management, including cash handling, basic reporting, and compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hotel policies.
