Dundee University Students’ Association (DUSA) is seeking a Commercially driven Retail Services Manager to lead The Premier, Ninewells Shop and Library Café. You will drive sales, manage stock, and develop a high-performing team serving thousands of students and staff daily.

As a key member of the operations team, you will analyse performance data, set pricing with profitability in mind, and ensure health and safety across all sites while delivering an excellent customer experience.
