Job Description

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Full time, on site: 37.5 hours per week

Chisholm Hunter is a family run jewellery retailer, supplying luxury jewellery and Swiss timepieces since 1857.

Position

We’re looking for a detail-driven Purchase Ledger Advisor to play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion for precision, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process purchase invoices, match them to delivery notes and purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Produce daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with store and department managers to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
