Spark of Genius is hiring a Residential Childcare Worker Nights to support young people in daily routines, school prep, meals and activities. You will document care, assist with care plans, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment.

We value empathy, strong communication and teamwork, with opportunities to pursue SSSC qualifications and develop alongside a friendly team. A full UK driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available.
