Discharge & Home-Transition Nurse (Acute Care)

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland, Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy, is seeking a registered nurse to join the Supported Discharge Unit. You will work in a fast-paced, nurse- and doctor-led environment, collaborating with MDT colleagues to plan safe patient discharges from acute care.

The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a rotating schedule including days, nights and weekends. PVG clearance and UK work rights are required; flexible working and equality-focused policies are provided.
