Store Team Leader: Customer Service & Ops (Flexible Shifts)

Job Description

Co-op Digital is looking for a motivated Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations in Brodick. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth tills, stock control, and great customer service, while supporting community-focused initiatives and Co op membership growth.

The role requires flexibility to cover opening, closing, and weekend shifts on a permanent full-time basis. You will help drive sales and participate in local outreach and charity partnerships.
