Diageo is seeking a Brand Home Lead Guide at Lagavulin Visitor Centre to supervise daily operations, host tours and tastings, and ensure top customer experiences. The role requires weekend/evening work, key holder responsibilities, and coordination of training and events.

You will lead Brand Home guides and agency staff, manage bookings, and support F&B and venue systems while upholding safety and brand standards across Scotland.
