Protection Field Engineer – HV 400kV, Flexible Scotland

Job Description

SSE plc, via SSEN Transmission, seeks a Protection Field Engineer to ensure reliable operation of protection and control systems across Scotland and Argyll sites. The role supports the HV network’s protection asset commissioning and maintenance within a flexible, full time framework.

You will work on 400kV protection schemes, participate in capital delivery programs, and may travel to remote locations. A full UK driving licence and SAP/ HV authorisation experience are advantageous.
