Power Electronics Research Fellow – SiC DC Breakers & HVDC

Job Description

The University of Aberdeen invites applications for a Research Fellow post within the MoWiLife Horizon Europe project. The role focuses on the Medium Voltage DC Circuit Breaker with SiC devices, including modelling, simulation and hardware experiments to push SiC MOSFET technology in DC CB applications.

The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with strong power electronics research and some hardware experience.
