Realise HR Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in Dumfries, driving output, quality and on-time delivery while maintaining health and safety standards.

You will manage a team of 60-80 staff, foster a culture of accountability, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Transport and Customer Service to optimise performance and continuous improvement across the operation.
