Job Description

The John Clark Motor Group is looking for a Sales Support Administrator in Scotland. You will ensure all vehicle sale documentation is completed correctly before handover to customers and assist them through the post order journey in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include processing orders in Dealer Web, confirming accuracy with Sales, coordinating with customers via iStoreDocs, and ensuring signatures and e sign processes are completed for finance payout.
