Job Description
Overview
If you’ve built a successful career in residential conveyancing and are starting to think about what’s next, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected Scottish private practice that continues to invest in the growth of its Residential Conveyancing team. The firm has ambitious plans for the future and is looking for an experienced solicitor who enjoys building client relationships, developing business and playing an active role in the success of a growing department.
You’ll manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and remortgages, advising a loyal and established client base. Alongside your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to work on more complex transactions, advise high-net-worth clients and help mentor and support junior colleagues. This is a genuinely client-facing role where you’ll have the autonomy to build your own profile in the market and further strengthen existing professional relationships.
If you enjoy networking, developing business and becoming a trusted adviser to clients and introducers alike, you’ll be encouraged and supported to do just that. The firm is flexible on level and is keen to speak with ambitious Senior Associates, Directors and Partner Designates, as well as existing Partners who are looking for a fresh challenge. What matters most is your ability to deliver an outstanding client experience, contribute to the continued growth of the team and help shape its future.
