Job Description

Sodexo Energy & Resources in Fort Augustus, Scotland, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, ensuring high quality dishes, consistency, and adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in a remote Highland setting.

You will work closely with the team, assist with food led promotions and events, and contribute to residents’ wellbeing during a three week on/three week off rotation. Training and development opportunities are available.
