Nationwide is seeking an Operations Excellence Coach for our Glasgow Business Banking Contact Centre. You will observe live and recorded interactions, delivering in-the-moment coaching to raise capability and confidence while using data to identify trends and drive practical improvements.

You will partner with Team Managers and leaders to embed consistent, high standards and leadership routines, ensuring clear expectations and better customer outcomes across our hybrid working model.
