Job Description
• Plan and manage delivery of SPPA transformational projects or annual event activity
• Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience in services supplied by a pension administration system provider
• Manage change control procedure to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed budgets
• Own delivery assurance activities, RAID management, MI reporting and audit readiness
• Manage pace, prioritisation, dependencies, exceptions and rework cycles
• Form, motivate and empower teams; develop technical and non technical capability
• Apply Agile, Lean and hybrid approaches pragmatically
Requirements
- Recognised project management qualification
- Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering complex, time critical transformation or legislative change projects
- Technical / Professional Skills:
- – Communicating between technical and non technical – Practitioner
- – Maintaining delivery momentum – Practitioner
- – Planning – Practitioner
- Must have an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK
