Job Description

HC-One Ltd. seeks a Unit Manager to lead a section of a care home and ensure the highest standard of care for residents. You may also assume full responsibility for the home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are unavailable, always prioritising resident dignity and wellbeing.

You’ll contribute to a caring, inclusive culture and work with a team dedicated to resident-centered practices, safeguarding, and continuous improvement in dementia, nursing, and elder care.
