Job Description

Capita is recruiting a Programme Facilitator for HMNB Clyde (Faslane). The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, based at HMNB Clyde with eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

You will manage an apprentice caseload, deliver learner support activities and help prepare for Gateway and EPA to ensure successful progression. Effective coordination with Royal Navy personnel, delivery partners and awarding organisations is essential.
