Health Visitor – Children & Families: Community Impact

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Health Visitor within Children’s Services to promote health, wellbeing and development from antenatal to school entry. You will work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team to assess and support families.

You will lead on delivering the Universal Health Visiting Pathway, manage an allocated caseload, and collaborate to develop care plans, safeguarding, and health promotion.
