Job Description
Salary
£15.10 per hour (starting 15th June 2026). Pay & Progression: £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026, £15.25 from 26th October 2026, £15.50 from 25th January 2027. Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622.80 rising to £604.50 per week / £31,434 per year by early 2027 (pro rata for part time). Overtime is available to boost earnings.
Joining Bonus
Qualified bus drivers receive a £2,500 joining bonus: £500 after a 4 week qualifying period, £1,000 after 12 months, and £1,000 after 24 months. The bonus is paid only to experienced drivers with a full PCV licence held for at least 12 months and a valid CPC qualification. Terms and conditions apply.

Qualifications
- Full UK Cat D driving licence and valid CPC (maximum 6 points)
- Minimum 1 year PCV driving experience
- Friendly and reliable
- Right to work in the UK (DVLA requirement: 183+ days presence)
