Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited is seeking an Estate Technician to join the Estate Services team in Aberdeen. The role covers basic ground maintenance, cleaning, and compliance tasks across multiple sites, with training provided as needed.

The position is full time (40 hours/week), salary £26,503-£27,898 per year, and involves driving on company business. A UK driving licence and relevant certificates are required or obtainable.
