Routes To Work South in Larkhall is seeking factory operatives on a trainee basis to join our doors and windows production team. This full-time role offers multiple positions and on-the-job training within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will learn all aspects of window fabrication and production, with emphasis on accuracy, safety and teamwork. Applicants should be reliable, willing to learn, and prepared to work on site from day one.
